Business law is the area of ​​law in which our legal team provides complete legal services starting from registration of companies and representative offices, through providing continuing legal advice for business activities and transactions, assisting in M&A, representing before the independent agencies such as the SEC, the Commission for protection of competition as well as other agencies, up to the legal representation before the Business Courts in Serbia.

Our legal team provides legal services in the insolvency proceedings against business entities as well as in the liquidation procedings of business entitites which may consist of submiting creditor's claims, representing the creditor at the meetings of the creditor's assembly, initiating liquidation proceedings etc.

Our legal team has the substantial experience in commercial law, in particular, negotiations before conclusion of the contract, drafting the contracts, overseeing implementation of the contracts and litigation in case of breach of the contracts.

Our legal team is specialized for drafting the contracts which involve foreign nationals or legal entities as well as for representing before the domestic and international arbitrages.
